Most of my life growing up I watched the Mcdonald&#8217;s sign change from 10 Million Hamburgers Sold to 100 million and finally a billion. Then one day they gave up and just said, billions of hamburgers sold&#8230;but that took me from the 70s to the 90s. And yet Apple served up two billion iPhone apps in less than a year. It can&#8217;t be overstated, this is the fastest consumer growth the world has ever seen. It&#8217;s amazing.</p>
